Summary

Strategic Point is a software solutions company based in Belgrade – Serbia. Job was requested by company named Velvet Mayfair from United Emirates. They required a in depth UX research in order to launch their clubbing mobile app. App was to allow users to book tickets for the shows but also to offer its users upselling services trough premium features such as table reservation and various pre-orders. I was assigned to the research team that was conducting the UX research and working on a low fidelity wireframe for the mobile app.
